Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir was founded in 1986 with the sole objective of providing quality education to the children of Ghatsila and surrounding areas. It runs on the values of Gurudev Sant Nandlal, who himself was a teacher by profession. The school aims to provide a collaborative and facilitative environment using the latest technologies and methodologies. Not only are our students continually learning, but our teachers are also regularly upgraded so they can provide the best education with a global approach.
The school atmosphere resonates with love and bliss — a positivity that flows through the premises, enabling better learning and teaching. We ensure that our students absorb moral and cultural values and emphasize critical thinking, self-learning, and self-exploration. The school runs continuous professional development and discussion programs for teachers to support smooth transitions in response to changing educational demands.
Our students actively participate in numerous international, national, and state-level competitions and often emerge with flying colors. Events like NTSE, NSTSE, KVPY, and various Olympiads are just a few of the platforms where our children shine. Such participation instills confidence, courage, and determination, preparing students to face challenges in any part of the world.
In earlier times, children had to leave Ghatsila at a young age for better educational opportunities. Today, they have the privilege of receiving the finest education within the comfort of their home suburb. We, at Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir, feel proud and humbled when we witness our students excelling in every sphere of life.
The very presence of divine energy that we feel on the school premises has helped thousands of children explore their inner selves and grow into respectable, confident, and successful human beings.
If used in a simile, Sant Nandlal Smriti Vidya Mandir would say, “I saw an angel in the stone. I craved for it and I carved it until it was free.”
