Mithla Academy Public School, Bokaro (Session 2026–2027)
Note: Please read all the instructions carefully before filling the registration form.
General Instructions
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- Ensure all details entered are accurate before final submission.
- Each applicant should submit only one registration form. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
- Upload recent passport-size photographs of the Student, Father, and Mother (taken within the last 3 months).
Age Criteria (as on 1st April 2026)

Documents Required at the Time of Admission
- Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate.
- Two passport-size photographs each of Student, Father, and Mother.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered doctor.
- Transfer and Character Certificates (for Class I and above).
- Address Proof for transport facility.
Admission will remain provisional until all documents are verified and the fee is cleared.
Admission to Class XI (Science & Commerce)
- Admission is based on the Aptitude Test and Class X Board Results.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Science Stream: Minimum 75% aggregate and 75% each in English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Commerce Stream: Minimum 65% aggregate and 65% in English.
- Students opting for Mathematics in Commerce must have at least 65% in Mathematics.
